1-3-1 Set vs Man – Shot for Point Guard

Keys to success: ‘3’ must react to the defense, if the lane is open after the ball screen from ‘4’ then take the layup – otherwise swing the ball to ‘5’. If ‘4’ is open after the screen then ‘5’ will have a better angle to make the pass. ‘1’ must wait for the screen from ‘2’ and read the defense – can take 3-point shot (as shown in video) or fade to corner or curl around ‘2’ for a layup or reject the screen and dive to the basket.
