Shooting Drill – Four Line Challenge
This drill will develop shooting skills and work on conditioning in a fun atmosphere. You can run this drill as a competition between two teams or reach a common goal as one team.
Keys to Success: Focus on making good passes and ensuring the shooters are balanced and ready to shoot. This is also a conditioning drill so the transition from passer to the end of the opposite line should be a sprint.
Elapsed Time: Run each game for 3 minutes. I like to run this drill twice (once from each side) with a short rest in between. Try to beat the score in the first game.
