Rebounding Drill – Half-Court Challenge

Whether you play a zone or man to man defense this drill will improve team rebounding.

Keys to Success: The defensive player needs to find the offensive player, initiate contact, box out and go after that rebound.

Elapsed Time: I recommend running the drill for 10-15 minutes. If possible, use multiple hoops to minimize player inactivity.
