Rebounding Drill – Full Court Challenge
This basketball drill is a great way to develop your team into a ferocious rebounding machine. This drill mixes in conditioning, competition, fast break shooting and hard core rebounding.
Keys to success: This drill is a great way to disguise a conditioning drill. Players must sprint when required, they need to practice shooting and competing with tired legs. Players should get used to battling for position before the shot is taken.
Elapsed Time: This drill can be run until one team reaches 10 points (usually takes about 3-5 minutes). You can also play a best of three or five. Losing team does extra sprints.
