Passing Drill – Two Line Sprints

This basketball drill is great for getting the players’ mind into basketball mode. It’s good for getting a feel for the ball while working in some conditioning.

Keys to success: Focus on crisp, accurate passes and hard sprints.

Elapsed Time: Run the drill for one or two minutes while throwing chest passes, rest for 30 seconds and run the drill for one or two minutes while throwing bounce passes.
