Passing Drill – Four Balls, Six Locations

This basketball drill is a great warm-up drill to get the players’ minds into basketball mode.

Keys to success: Ensure players throw crisp passes and call out the player’s name they are passing to (good communication practice).

Elapsed Time: Run the drill for two minutes in a clockwise direction, rest for 30 seconds and run the drill for two minutes in a counter-clockwise direction.
