This basketball drill is great to improve the footwork and motor skills of your players. If you run it consistently you will see results in foot speed and coordination in your players.

Keys to success: Ensure players are using proper footwork and challenging each other to work hard.

Elapsed Time: Run the drill until each player has had one or two turns or run it for a desired time.
