This basketball drill is great to sneak in a quick defensive stance lesson into your practice. It’s also good for conditioning.
Keys to success: Players should never cross their feet when shuffling. Challenge players to reach more lines than the last time they did the drill.
Elapsed Time: This drill can be run for 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds, depending on conditioning needs.
